  1. The head of the Secretariat of Health (SSA), Jose Angel Cordova Villalobos, said that there are conditions for a return to productive activity, economic and labor on Wednesday May 6.
However, he stated that the return to classes should be phased and gradual, and yet to decide if it could be the next May 11.
In conference, he stressed that the return to normal activities can mean a spike in new cases of infection of human influenza virus (AN1H1), so it is very important to maintain epidemiological surveillance.
In fact that's the main issue of concern. As per the reports of the Government (definitely a lot of data are being hidden by the government), the number of cases have been reduced and stabilized in last few days. But this is only when almost the whole city has been paralyzed there are no gatherings no public and social activities. So it is very likely that when the activities will resume, the infections will definitely increase. So from my point of view Government should first resume the activities by opening the restaurants, government offices. Government should observe the level of cases and then they should resume the activities in the school but in a gradual way. Government should also direct schools to have classes in different hours according to the grades e.g middle high school in the morning session and High School in the afternoon session. That will definitely not allow the gathering of a lot of students together and also the teachers.
