Not there yet, but we are on the way to a Pandemic

During the WHO press conference Keiji Fukuda, made a comment that I believe should be todays headlines...Although this is not a pandemic, we are moving towards a phase 6. (Comment: Remember, that the WHO requieres cientific data for all their conclusions, and sometimes these results are slower then the reality...) WHO recomends not closing down borders, or the restriction of the movement of people.
